Michael is a long-time agilist, dedicated to helping teams and Enterprises benefit from Lean Agile mindset, culture and practices. He is a highly rated SAFe instructor and is currently pursuing his SPCT certification. He is also an ICC-ACC accredited Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master.

When not engaged in Agility-related work, he enjoys time with his family as well as scuba diving any chance he gets. When the mood strikes, he also enjoys practicing on his drums, much to the delight of everyone else in the house.

In addition to SAFe classes, Joy is passionate about helping others reach their full potential with personalized professional coaching available to young professionals to lean-agile leadership coaching for executives.

When not helping organizations and agile teams adopt new ways of working and optimizing, you can find her spending time with family or playing in her flower (lily, iris, and rose) gardens.
